In Short
An evening at Palazzo feels a bit like a trip to another world — somewhere between glamour, acrobatics, and a touch of madness. Since November 14, the Spiegelpalast tent in Hamburg has once again been transformed into a stage for a very special spectacle: Cornelia Poletto’s Palazzo show is back and it’s more than just dinner and a show. It’s an experience.
A Tent Full of Magic, Music, and Culinary Delights
Imagine sitting beneath sparkling lights, surrounded by velvety curtains, candlelight on the tables, and a glass of wine in your hand. In the ring, artists leap through the air and one crazy moment follows another — all live, all within reach. That’s Palazzo in Hamburg!
What makes this dinner show so special is its mix. Sure, you can find artistry elsewhere. But here, award-winning international artists come together for an evening full of improvisation, spontaneity, and charm. Sometimes poetic, sometimes completely crazy — but always heartfelt. The show celebrates authenticity, not perfection. And you can feel it.

Cuisine by Cornelia Poletto – Not a Side Dish, but the Star of the Show
While the show captivates you visually and emotionally, you are treated to delicious cuisine of the highest standard. Cornelia Poletto, one of Hamburg’s top chefs and well-known from radio and television, is responsible for the four-course menu. The courses are elegantly served between the show segments. Vegetarian options, children’s menus, and special requests are of course available on request.
The food does not take a back seat to the show, but is an equal part of the overall experience. From the appetizer to the dessert – everything is just right here. And let’s be honest: how often do you get to enjoy fine Michelin-starred cuisine in the middle of a circus tent?
A New Story Every Year
Every year, a completely new show is put together — with a new storyline, new acts, and new surprises. For the 10th anniversary in 2025/26, everything will revolve around the theme “Here & Now.” There will be improvisation, laughter, stunts, and moments of pause — a constant interplay of chaos and precision.
