Fresh, Creative and Delicious – a Culinary Start to the Day
Let’s start with the waffle with fresh fruit and maple syrup: baked golden brown, crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside – that’s how a waffle should be. The juicy fruit provides a fresh kick, while the maple syrup adds sweetness. It was a little too sweet for us, but it is an absolute delight for anyone who prefers their breakfast on the sweet side.
The breads are also a highlight. The version with avocado, basil pesto, cress and cream cheese is a taste sensation that impresses with its fresh and slightly spicy note. The extra egg (for €4.30) rounds off the whole thing perfectly and makes the bread a satisfying start to the day.
For those who like it savoury, this bread with egg, caramelized onions, beetroot, bacon and basil pesto is just the thing. The combination of the sweet taste of the onions and the crispy saltiness of the bacon is simply superb. It turns breakfast into a real taste experience that will stay with you for a long time. In our case, we decided against the beet in the dish, which could be prepared without any problems.
Conclusion: Great for all Breakfast Fans
