The selection ranges from savory classics to sweet temptations – and all dishes are freshly prepared and served in style.

Our Favorites: Highlights of the Menu
We have sampled some of the best dishes and can warmly recommend our personal highlights. The étagère for €19 offers a varied selection of bread, rolls, croissants, French butter, homemade jam as well as sausage and cheese specialties – ideal for the perfect start. The fresh fruit salad (€8) also scores points with its crunchy fruit and freshness.
For those with a sweet tooth, the crêpes with chocolate (€14) are a must: a great combination of fluffy texture and mild sweetness with fresh berries – simply delicious!
The Egg Bénédict (€17) on brioche with poached eggs, cooked ham and hollandaise sauce also won us over, although it was a little sour for our taste. Nevertheless, it went really well with the brioche.
For avocado fans, there is the avocado bread (€16) with cream cheese, radishes and fried egg – a healthy and filling dish. And as a topping: Extra burrata (€7.5), which is super fresh and simply delicious.
Fresh and Healthy Drinks
What would a successful breakfast be without the right drinks? The freshly squeezed juices and smoothies (€7 each) bring freshness to the morning and are particularly tasty. If you like a little spiciness, you should try the ginger shot (€4) – ideal to get your circulation going and start the day full of energy!

Yes, breakfast at Brasserie TORTUE is certainly not very cheap. But if you value high quality, excellent service and an exclusive atmosphere, it’s definitely worth it!
