Spoilt for Choice: Your Waffle, Your Style
Alles Waffel stands out with its innovative concept. Guests can choose between three different types of batter, such as spinach, beet and falafel, and combine them with a variety of toppings, creams and sauces to suit their taste. For just €7.50, you get a basic waffle that already comes with a wide selection of toppings. If you want something even more special, you can opt for additional delicacies such as burratina, avocado or chicken, which increase the price accordingly.
Taste Experiences that Inspire
We opted for the Avocado Lover – a heavenly combination of spinach waffle, feta mousse, rocket, scrambled eggs, half an avocado, burratina, pesto cream, balsamic cream, sesame seeds and sprouts for €16.50.
Equally delicious was the specially created waffle with falafel batter, feta mousse, baby spinach, pulled chicken, pesto cream and pomegranate (€7.50 + €3 for the chicken).
We were particularly struck by the different textures of the waffles: While the falafel batter had a certain firmness and bread-like texture, the spinach batter was delightfully fluffy and light. Both options were surprisingly filling and really recommended!

Refreshment and Sweet Sins
In addition to savory treats, Alles Waffel also offers a selection of drinks and sweet specials. We chose the fresh mint tea (€3.50), the detox smoothie with carrot, orange and turmeric (€6.50) and the Hulk smoothie with spinach, cucumber, apple and mint (€6.50) – all really tasty and fresh.
Finally, we didn’t want to miss out on the traditional pancakes with maple syrup and butter (€8.90). The dish looked and tasted very “basic”, but that’s what made it all the better. Really delicious and proof that Alles Waffel can also impress with sweet dishes.
A Drop of Bitterness in the Waffle World
The only small drawbacks: sometimes not all ingredients are available, which can limit the selection a little. It can also take a little longer from time to time until you have your dishes in front of you. However, these inconveniences are more than made up for by the warmth of the owner and the quality of the food.
