In Short
Welcome to Tagliere e Vino, a charming little restaurant in the heart of Hamburg’s city center. Just a stone’s throw from the town hall and yet in a quiet location, this place offers an oasis of Italian delights. With its cozy outdoor area and the special attraction, the Aperoltivo tree, Tagliere e Vino invites you to linger and enjoy.
Atmosphere & Restaurant
As soon as you enter the street leading to Tagliere e Vino, you are captivated by the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor area is small but nice – perfect for enjoying the delicacies in the open air on warm days. An absolute specialty and a real eye-catcher is the Aperoltivo tree: six aperitifs of your choice served on a tree, plus six Frangelico for free! This original idea makes the restaurant something very special and magically attracts Aperol lovers.

A Culinary Experience
The pasta dishes at Tagliere e Vino are an absolute dream. We loved the pasta al pesto di pistacchi with its light pistachio cream and crunchy pomegranate seeds. The burrata love upgrade is a must for anyone who likes it particularly creamy. The truffle pasta impresses with its fresh truffle note, which is perfectly balanced and not too dominant. The ragù alla bolognese is prepared according to a traditional recipe from Bologna and here, too, you can taste how much attention to detail goes into the dishes.
The burrata bowl was one of my favorite dishes, although the choice here is really difficult. You can put the bowl together yourself and also choose meat. We put chose a vegetarian bowl with fresh date tomatoes, parmesan, zucchinis, mushrooms and a delicious truffle dressing. Really highly recommended!
To finish, the desserts were a must. The Nutella tiramisu is something very special, as it is a tiramisu without alcohol and without coffee. You rarely get this, and it really impressed us in terms of taste. The Bueno mascarpone dessert is also a dream! The mascarpone cream with the light Bueno note and the fruity sauce simply harmonize perfectly. We love it!
Verdict
Tagliere e Vino exceeded our expectations. The fresh ingredients, the super friendly service and the beautifully presented dishes make this place an experience. In our visit, the pistachio pasta, the aperitif tree and the burrata bowl particularly impressed us. We will definitely be back and won’t miss out on the delicacies!
