Sometimes you stumble across a café that does pretty much everything right: great design, nice team and food that stays in your memory. 11:11, also known as Eleven:Eleven, does just that – a cozy place with an Asian-inspired breakfast that will surprise and delight you.
Atmosphere & Service
As soon as you enter, you feel like you’re in a little oasis of well-being. The minimalist, modern design is well thought out, with lovely details that are not only Instagram-worthy, but also super inviting. Despite being full, the service was great: friendly, attentive and quick – just as you would wish.
What we Tried:
- Double Kimchi Cheese (€15.90): Organic scrambled eggs, parmesan, cheddar, kimchi, croissant, spring onions, sprouts, mango chili mayo
- Individual sandwich: sourdough bread or croissant (€4.9) with vegan feta (+€2), scrambled eggs (+€5), pastrami (+€4)
- Ube waffle (€11.90): Purple yam waffles, mango ice cream, ube coconut sauce, wild berries, crumble
- Mango cheesecake (€4.50)
- Iced mango matcha latte (€5.50)
- Blue latte (spirulina) (€4.90)
- Espresso Doppio (€3.20)
- Lime jasmine tea lemonade (€4.90)

Explosion of Flavor and Perfect Presentation
We were amazed from the very first bite of the Double Kimchi Cheese. The combination of spicy kimchi, creamy scrambled eggs and melting cheese on a fluffy croissant really won us over – and the fresh mango and chilli mayo? Simply heavenly!
The ube waffle was a real eye-catcher: the purple waffles, combined with the fruity mango ice cream and creamy ube coconut sauce, tasted just as good as they looked. A dessert that is almost too pretty to eat – but only almost!
The drinks were also able to keep up. The Blue Latte was not only a visual highlight with its soft blue color, but also perfect for the cold season: warming, slightly nutty and wonderfully creamy. The lime and jasmine tea lemonade, on the other hand, brought the freshness of summer to the table with its tangy and floral aroma.

11:11 combines creativity, taste and an ambience that invites you to linger. The seasonal menu ensures that there are always new surprises. Whether you fancy a fancy breakfast or unusual drinks – you’ll be happy here.
